Senior Dog Grass Patch - When They Can't Wait Like They Used to!

Picture
Fresh Patch
Fresh Patch is a new system that is actual "real grass"  Your pet will recognize this as a place to "go" and this relieves the pressure of having to be home every few hours as older dogs simply cannot hold their "business" as long as they used to.

This particular system is disposable, you don't have to clean it, and a fresh one is sent to you on a delivery system that is part of the package.  The odors are kept in the grass, and you simply close the lid and recycle it.

This would be perfect for the dog owner,  whose pooch will only use the real thing.   Click the picture or the link to find out more.

For Larger Dogs

If you have a larger dog, then this larger synthetic grass and pan would be a good option.  This way now worries if you don't make it home in time.

Medium Sized Dog

This would be perfect for the medium sized dog, and consists of artificial grass and pan.  It is shaped like a bone, and great for indoors.

Disposable Pads

Training pads are another option

Making your dog comfortable also makes your life easier.  Dogs do not like to relieve themselves in the house if they are used to the outdoors, but sometimes as they age, they simply cannot hold it for the hours they may have done before.   My dog, Sasha has begun to use the runner rug in the hallway.

If your older dog begins to eliminate himself on your floors, don't get angry with him, take him for a checkup to make sure he doesn't have an infection or upset, and if the Veterinarian simply tells you it is age, then you need to come up with a new system for your pet.  Either get someone to come to the house and let him out mid day, or consider the above options.

This will save you a lot of money and anxiety cleaning your floors, or wondering where he may have done his business as you are stuck in traffic on a late day.
